According to the laws governing the medical centers of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the service is provided to the same clients and the nationality, race, religion, skin color, etc., cannot make a difference in the care and treatment plan.
Therefore, the following rights are established for each individual (Iranian or non-Iranian).
1- Getting the right healthcare is the right patient
2. The information should be given to the patient in a desirable and sufficient way
3. The right to freely choose and make decisions for the patient in receiving health services shall be respected
4. The provision of health services must be based on respect for patient privacy (privacy) and respect for the principle of confidentiality.
5. Access to an efficient patient complaints system
